In order to apply you need to be incoporated as a company and have a CTO.
Yes, as long as one of the founders has technical capabilities.
Guts takes no equity in the companies it champions and charges no program fees.
Yes, you should have a document that descrbes the team, idea, technology, etc. Will our application form and info be kept confidential? (or: Do you sign an NDA?)
